Whether you’re going to the office, a parent-teacher conference or a party, the beautiful, crisp, matte finish of our chiffon hijabs always deliver. HH solid color chiffons are slightly textured without being too thick or too thin and can be worn year-round. They are breezy and light in the summertime yet still comfortable during the chilly seasons.

While our solid color chiffons come in the same texture and thickness, our printed chiffons vary. (Click here to learn more details about chiffon fabric.) They can range from being smooth and thin to highly textured and thick, almost like a georgette or even a crepe-like fabric. You can always find these details in the product description of each print in addition to the handy fabric guide alongside it. No matter your preference, once you try and feel an HH chiffon there is no going back.

Our chiffons are 100 percent polyester, and select colors as well as all prints are sourced from deadstock fabric. Deadstock is left-over fabric used by other manufacturers that would otherwise end up going to waste. We are committed to continuing to take steps to reduce waste and move towards sustainability. Look out for Recycled Chiffons coming later this year, Insha’Allah!

Solid Colors or Prints – What Color is Right for You?

The Big Question – Rectangle or Square?

As the popularity of the rectangle hijab took off, the square cut became harder to find. Our HH fam knows that Melanie’s signature style is the square chiffon. Whether she’s rocking an always popular neutral or a gorgeous print, Melanie has helped the square make a comeback! HH provides all of our chiffons in both square and rectangle, so no matter what color or look you’re going for, you can find it in your favorite cut! The choice of a rectangle versus a square is totally up to you and your personal preference. We also made sure to perfect the measurements for the square and the rectangle. After some trial and error, we found that rectangle chiffons work best in 72 x 27 inches, and 40 x 40 inches is optimal for square chiffons. Styling either cut in these sizes is effortless, keeping your look intact all day long.

If you haven’t already fallen in love with HH chiffons by now, we have two words for you: wrinkle resistant. Who doesn’t love wrinkle-resistant clothing? We barely have time to choose an outfit, much less iron the hijab to go with it! Your crown needs to be ready when you are queen, and the HH chiffon hijab is always ready.

Whenever it needs a wash, spot treat with your go-to stain remover if needed, toss in the washer with like colors on warm and then tumble dry low. And voila, you're done. Our chiffons can be washed over and over without losing their incredible look and feel.

Chiffon hijabs work with so many dynamic styles, as seen in Haute Hijab’s Definitive Hijab Style Guide. Our signature chiffon is smooth with a bit of texture, so we recommend an underscarf and magnet pins for the most secure style.
