This past winter I had the opportunity to work with Brooks Brothers for a series of looks I put together to celebrate their 201st anniversary! Yes, they are 201 years old! They're the oldest surviving retail company in the US, founded just 42 years after the US itself was born.

I usually get all Ahmed's shirts from BB but I was never really familiar with their women's line, designed by creative director Zac Posen. The first look I picked out was a no-brainer, a full tuxedo look (suit jacket, pants) I supplemented with suspenders and this vintage Lanvin bow piece I got in Toronto. The shirt is also Brooks Brothers - it's non-iron with french cuffs and an absolute dream.

My hijab is the Essential Silk in Silver and pumps are Ava and Aiden. Enjoy! xoxo, Mel
