Last month, I spoke at the Lead and Inspire conference and brought Salwa along so we could shoot in our new Viscose and Modal collection! Our campaign was all about individuality and YOU defining YOU so I decided to put together some real 'more is more' looks and combine things we ordinarily wouldn't think of putting together. The first look was anchored around this floral shirt dress that I ended up wearing to my event (with only the purse ;). I layered a green knit on top to add depth along with two J.Crew necklaces (a colorful floral necklace and tortoise beauty) for an additional pop of color and texture.

The shoes are Zara (closest thing I could find was these) and the bag is Marc Jacobs - isn't it gorgeous!? In love with the strap and pop of turquoise. What do we think of the opaque tights?! It's really the first time I've worn tights since I was a little girl and I have to say, I loved them!

The hijab is the Viscose in Fuchsia, which is tied with Ultraviolet and Auburn for my fave colors in the new Viscose collection. It's such a vibrant, bold color and one I've loved since high school. I remember I had a whole shelf of magenta/fuchsia sweaters that I slowly got rid of one-by-one and regret now. Isn't it funny how everything comes back around eventually? Enjoy! xoxo, Mel
