Salaamualaikum and Eid Mubarak everyone!

Alhamdullilah, Allah (S) blessed us and brought us to the end of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid al Fitr! We hope your Ramadan was meaningful, beautiful and fulfilled your soul exactly how you needed it. We pray your ibadah (worship) was accepted by Allah (S) and that the habits and practices you established by centering Allah (S) will be something you are able to continue the rest of the year.

We are excited for the month of May at Haute Hijab and have some special things coming your way to help set the tone for spring, summer and … wedding season! This Ramadan was a real taste of a return to community and communal, in-person events. And, while it is important for us to keep an eye on COVID numbers and make cautious, responsible decisions in how we meet up and attend events with each other, it’s nice to just be able to meet up!

I asked my HH team member and Social Media specialist Mona (you know Mona from her epic HH IG print try-ons!) awhile back how many weddings she is invited to this year, and I think she said upwards of six or more. I’m sure many of you are in the same situation, as there’s no better time to celebrate than during warmer weather when the flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and the birds are chirping away!!

And so, we are excited to bring you our first ever Haute Hijab Wedding Week, coming next week!
