This month we launched on Haute Hijab one of the projects we’ve been the most excited about for awhile! Ever since we reimagined our product photography in 2018, we couldn’t wait to expand it yet again to include photographs of our solid color hijabs on models, but to do so with a specific goal in mind.

We know how important great product photography is to your shopping experience, so we wanted to make sure we got it right. One of the most important things we hoped to accomplish was to give you a much better idea of how each color will look on YOU. We know how hard it can be to really understand the colors you’re buying without seeing them on a model, and even then it can be hard to predict whether or not a color will flatter your own skin tone. So, we started with our Jersey hijabs!



By hiring three different models, we’re able to provide you a color reference for light, medium and dark skin tones. We brought back Tais (remember her from our Ultimate Underscarves shoot?) and Sarah (who you might recognize from our Luxury Collection shoot), and we also welcomed a new face – Paige! We loved her bubbly personality, A+ dance moves and gorgeous poses! (The ladies are featured above in the Premium Jersey Hijab in Sage.)
